TV star Carol Vorderman is dedicated to maintaining her incredible physique, recently sharing photos of her hourglass figure in form-fitting workout gear that highlighted her toned curves.
The Welsh broadcaster, known for posting intense workout videos on Instagram, has earned praise from adoring fans who affectionately call her “Supervorders.”
When she’s not appearing on TV, hitting the gym, flying planes, or posing for photos with Tom Cruise, Vorderman spends time with one of her five “special friends.”

At 62, Carol Vorderman recently marked an impressive 40 years on television, with over 10,000 appearances on shows like the British game show Countdown, Lorraine, The Great Celebrity Bake Off, and This Morning.
But Vorderman isn’t just a pretty face—she’s got brains to match.
In 2014, the mother of two earned her private pilot’s license, and the following year, she joined forces with NASA as a board member of the Challenger Center for Space Science Education, inspiring young minds to explore space science.
When she’s not captivating audiences on TV, the former Have I Got News for You host dedicates time to the gym, ensuring she stays in top shape.
“Women in their 60s weren’t raised to exercise… but as you get older, weight-bearing exercises, stretching, and squats become essential. If you stop, even for a few weeks, you start feeling stiff,” Vorderman told HELLO! in an interview.
“Working in a visual industry means paying extra attention to appearance—more than you might want to—but it comes with the territory.”
Recently, Carol Vorderman shared a series of gym photos, showcasing her curves in a revealing outfit consisting of a grey crop top and form-fitting leggings.
Captioning the post, she wrote, “Five gym sessions this week. Feels amazing to get back into a routine. Clean eating, plenty of water, lots of walking, fresh air… honestly, my happy place.”
The images featured a sweaty Vorderman lifting weights and performing cable rope curls, highlighting her sculpted physique.
Fans quickly flooded the comments with praise. “Fountain of youth! You look so young,” one admirer wrote, while another simply dubbed her “Supervorders.”
Others took the chance to leave flirty comments. One admirer teased, “There’s no way I could keep up with you, but I’d love to try.” Another joked, “I think I need to watch the third video a few more times… you know, just to perfect the technique.”
A third fan, referencing her well-known circle of male companions, wrote, “What a way to spend the weekend… with a special friend.”
Vorderman’s post comes not long after her This Morning co-host, Dermot O’Leary, made a playful jab at her love life.
The 50-year-old presenter, best known for his time on The X Factor UK, couldn’t resist poking fun at Vorderman’s absence from the show that morning, making her an easy target for his cheeky humor.
His co-host Alison Hammond, was unable to contain her laughter when O’Leary struck with the perfectly-timed joke about Vorderman’s “10-year-long no strings-attached relationships with multiple men, who she calls her ‘special friends.’”
Inviting viewers to call in and speak with Hagan Fox, an astrologer who predicts the future in the stars, one lady–admitting to dating three men–phoned in, looking for some direction on “a bit of a love square.”
Giggling, Hammond asked: “Did you say love square?”
Dermot jumped in saying, “You wouldn’t be Carol Vorderman, would you?”
Former Loose Women presenter Carol Vorderman has always been open about her personal life. In a past interview, she revealed that her arrangement with multiple partners works well for her, as she has no desire to fall in love.
Single since her split from journalist Des Kelly in 2007, Vorderman—who was previously married to Christopher Mather (1985–1986) and later to Patrick King, the father of her two children (1990–2000)—embraces the independence and freedom that come with being unattached.
“I don’t want to get married again. I don’t want to live with a man again. Having to look after someone all the time? No, thank you. It’s time to challenge this outdated idea that one person should fulfill all your needs. That sounds like a nightmare,” she stated.
Emphasizing that she’s not the jealous type, Vorderman explained that all her partners are single and free to see others as well, adding, “There’s no harm in it. It’s a happy way to live.”
“They don’t know each other, but they know about it. It’s a very honest relationship,” she said of the five men she calls her “special friends.” “One’s been a friend for 11 years, one for seven. My kids [Katie, 31, and Cameron, 25], know most of them.”
And, serving as proof to her sentiments of being single, she posted an adorable video where she’s lip syncing and dancing to the song, “It’s Raining Men.”
Praising her enviable dance moves, fans jumped in with comments like, “Carol that is absolutely brilliant it’s raining men brilliant dance moves,” and “The Vord has defeated the Borg. Resistance is Futile.” Another netizen writes, “Bloody gorgeous woman.”
Carol Vorderman is clearly very disciplined with her workout regimen and we applaud her for staying true to herself and relationships!
